CAYK started as a family business in 1994 and it still operates like one, not in the sense of being small or informal, but in the sense that the people here are genuinely invested in what they produce and how clients experience working with them. When something goes wrong on an account, nobody is looking for someone else to blame. The question is always what happened, what do we do about it, and how do we make sure it does not happen again.
That culture is not accidental. Clients stay because they feel the team is paying attention to their business even between reporting cycles. They refer others because they describe the relationship in a way that makes people want the same thing. That does not happen because of the services. It happens because of the people delivering them.
